Answer tickets on the SimplrFlex platform and earn money in your spare time.

Please note, SimplrFlex Experts must be 16 or older, based in the US, and have access to a laptop or desktop computer (mobile devices are not compatible), the latest version of Google Chrome, a reliable internet connection, an email address, and a PayPal account to receive payouts. A background check may be required. Not all applicants will be accepted.

What is SimplrFlex?

SimplrFlex connects Experts, like you, with small businesses who need assistance with their customer service. When one of their customers asks a question, you answer it on their behalf and get paid for every resolution...all from the comfort of your home.

FAQs

What do I need to get started as a SimplrFlex Expert?

SimplrFlex experts are required to have a computer (desktop or laptop), Google Chrome, and a reliable internet connection. It's also fantastic if you have excellent typing skills, are great at customer service, and love solving problems.

How will I know how to answer the questions?

The SimplrFlex platform assists you by combining hundreds of data points into an easy-to-use search platform. Our system also automatically suggests answers for some tickets based on similar questions from the past. At the end of the day, though, we're always here to help provide guidance if you get stumped.

How will my performance be evaluated?

Experts are evaluated on a 0-5 scale based on customer satisfaction ratings, grammar, empathy, and their ability to fully answer the customer's questions. Experts who fail to maintain satisfactory ratings or who receive complaints may be removed from the SimplrFlex program with no notice.

How much can I make?

This really depends on your skills and how much time you spend helping out customers. Experts are paid a flat fee for every resolution. This fee may vary depending on the difficulty of the tickets answered. Some of our best Experts routinely earn $300-$500 per week, with Experts occasionally making over $1,000 per week during busy periods.

Can this replace my full-time job?

SimplrFlex does not guarantee your income or the availability of work; we work best as a supplement to your existing income. The volume of available tickets will vary with the season, our growth, and the number of Experts available. However, dedicated Experts who provide high-quality resolutions have no problem earning significant extra income in their spare time.

How do I get paid?

SimplrFlex Experts are paid every Monday for the previous week of resolutions. Payments are issued via PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal, you can sign up for one for free. Funds can easily be transferred from your PayPal account to a checking account or spent directly with thousands of merchants.

How much does it cost to be a SimplrFlex Expert?

Absolutely nothing! There are no joining, application, or other fees associated with becoming a SimplrFlex Expert. 

What hours am I required to login?

SimplrFlex Experts set their own schedule and can work as much or as little as they'd like. You'll simply login to the platform and mark yourself as available when you're available to help out customers.
